We monitor our systems by performing live api and web page tests constantly. Additionally, we measure the response time of the Sportmonks Scout Application Platform from different locations to make sure all the data entered by our analysts is available via our api's lightning fast.

Migration to new hosting provider

Affected components API, MySportmonks

On Tuesday 2 June 2026, between 10:00 and 16:00 CEST, we are migrating the Sportmonks API and MySportmonks dashboard to our new hosting provider, Laravel Cloud.

The move improves stability under load and gives us a stronger base to keep scaling as traffic grows toward the World Cup and beyond. What to expect:

The API stays reachable on the same endpoints with the same authentication. For most of the window, you shouldn’t notice anything. For short periods, API responses may be slower than usual while traffic shifts to the new environment. Zero downtime is the goal, but we can’t fully rule out brief interruptions during the cutover. This applies to both the API and MySportmonks, which may also be briefly unavailable.

What you need to do: Nothing. No breaking changes, no required action on your side.

Why this window: We picked this date and time deliberately. 2 June, 10:00 to 16:00 CEST falls on a quiet day in the football calendar with very few fixtures live, so the impact on customers serving live data is as small as we can make it.

Updates: We will post updates on this page throughout the window. If anything does go sideways, we will communicate immediately and roll back if needed.
